Like so many of these fanciful exercises by those that do philosophy of mind, it makes the mistake of presuming that the mind is merely a processing machine.
I do hope that some of us get together to read Machuga’s “In Defense of the Soul” – he speaks in an accessible but rigorous way about many of these issues.
