Submit to The Gadfly!
I’m emailing on behalf of The Gadfly, Columbia’s undergraduate philosophy magazine. Each semester, we publish a print issue featuring philosophically relevant content, including essays, fiction, art, music, etc. from students from a variety of institutions and disciplinary backgrounds. This semester, the theme of our issue is “Skeletal”, and we are looking for pitches for the magazine. I’m reaching out to see if it would be possible for you to forward this opportunity to your students. If they are interested, they can submit a pitch of less than 500 words to this link by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, 10/6. If you have any questions about the application, please feel free to email gadflyinquiry@gmail.com.

Philosophy Capstone Colloquium
Aperto Animo journal
The student-run undergraduate philosophy journal Aperto Animo welcomes submissions to its 2024-2025 issue. This is an excellent opportunity for undergrads to get published and share their ideas. Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis until June 20th, 2024.
Though expressly a philosophy journal, Aperto Animo also publishes academic writing on theology, political science, and multidisciplinary subjects. A strict focus on philosophy is not required.
Consult the submission form linked below for more information.
